Terms of Service & Sale (CGU / Terms)

1 Purpose and Scope of Application

These Terms of Service and Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern all contractual and operational relationships between EduNova Education (hereinafter "EduNova" or "the Platform") and its users:

• Partner educational institutions (Secondary Schools, Colleges, High Schools) operating our white-label solution.
• Families, Parents, and Legal Guardians subscribing to the EduNova Family service.
• Students and Teachers accessing interactive workbooks and curriculum question banks.

Any use of or subscription to our services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2 Description of EduNova Services

EduNova is a resilient digital learning and pedagogical monitoring platform engineered for African infrastructural realities, providing two distinct models:

3 Pricing, Subscriptions, and Financial Terms

For the EduNova Family service, subscription rates applicable in the Republic of Cameroon are denominated in CFA Francs (XAF) all taxes included:

• Monthly Subscription (30 days): 1 000 XAF for the first child • 500 XAF per additional sibling (automatic 50% discount).
• Full Annual Pass (365 days): 7 000 XAF for the first child • 3 500 XAF for each subsequent sibling if the eldest holds an Annual Pass.

Secure Mobile Money Payments: All settlements are processed via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money through certified Cameroonian payment gateways. EduNova practices zero unauthorized automatic debits and zero covert recurring charges without explicit parental confirmation.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Platform (lesson notes, interactive exercises, problem scenarios, diagrams, illustrations, source code, trademarks, and logos) remain the exclusive property of EduNova Education or accredited partners, protected under national legislation and the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) treaties.

Any reproduction, public redistribution, or automated extraction for commercial gain without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

5 Data Protection and Child Safety

EduNova places paramount importance on the protection and safety of underage learners. Our commitments regarding privacy, zero data monetization, and local storage are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon (including Law No. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and electronic commerce). In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution through EduNova support. Failing amicable settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yaounde or Douala.
